Scientific research has shown that Mindfulness needs to be practiced over a period of time in order to obtain the benefits. As a result of this, The Irish Mindfulness Institute has introduced a combination of face to face and online training to support Mindfulness at Work practices.

Delivery Options

Option 1: Breakfast or Lunchtime Stress Management Sessions

Hourly sessions, weekly, 6-8 weeks, corporate location based

Option 2: Face to Face Introduction to Mindfulness at Work

3 hour session, corporate location based

Content covered:

  • To understand what mindfulness is
  • To examine the science behind Mindfulness
  • To experience Mindfulness at Work techniques
Option 3: 4 Week Online Mindfulness at Work Programme

Scientifically proven material is delivered over a 4 week period and the content is accessible on pc, ipad, iphone and on an app for android. The information is self paced, accessible in your own time and there is no requirement to be online at any particular time. Content is available in both text and audio format and is available indefinitely so that you can continue your Mindfulness practice once the course is completed. The platform is an online community of participants motivating and encouraging one another. Jouraling your experiences is an important part of the journey and is also a means by which the Irish Mindfulness Institute can track engagement. It is the continuous practice in small sessions daily for the 4 week period which produces the benefits.

Option 4: Face to Face Introduction, plus 4 Week Online Mindfulness at Work Programme
